Keynote speaker and LinkedIn corporate trainer

I train businesses to build a pipeline through LinkedIn.

Your buyers are already on LinkedIn. What you are missing is a way to reach them, hold their attention, and turn that into a signed client.

I spent eighteen years growing businesses for global companies before I started training teams, so I know the room I am standing in. Nothing I teach needs a marketing budget or a personality transplant.

Your clients already know how good you are, but the people who haven't met you yet can't see it online.

Someone hears your name in a meeting and searches for you before they call. But your work isn't fully reflected online yet, so what they find doesn't build your credibility, and they just go with someone else.

You've tried posting more, but that hasn't worked. You've asked your team to engage with the post, but it still reaches the same few hundred faces, and no new people.

First you need to be found on LinkedIn, and then everything people find there needs to build your credibility.

LinkedIn is where your buyers look you up before they ever get in touch. Without being found and trusted there, nothing else works. Your profile, your posts, your comments and your team's profiles all make up your presence on LinkedIn, and every part of it should help the right people find you and give them a reason to trust you.

The truth is that bringing in clients from LinkedIn takes five stages, and most businesses are only doing one or two of them.

REACH brings all five together into one client attraction system, so the right buyers find you, trust you and want to work with you.

Your buyers are the fish in these pictures. Here's what each stage should make them think about you.

Illustration: three anglers struggling with tangled lines on one side of the water while one angler fishes calmly where the fish actually are.

Reposition

“This is exactly what I've been looking for.”

Your profile shows straight away that you solve their exact problem.

Illustration: an angler on the bank with a whole school of fish swimming toward the bait.

Educate

“I trust how this person thinks.”

Your posts show how you think, so they trust you before you've ever spoken.

Illustration: an angler standing in shallow water casting a wide net toward a shoal of fish.

Amplify

“I've seen how they help businesses like mine.”

They've seen enough of your work to believe you can help them too.

Illustration: an angler crouched at the water's edge having a conversation with a fish.

Converse

“I'd like to hear how they'd help me.”

It feels natural for them to reach out, so a comment or a message turns into a booked call.

Illustration: a delighted angler holding up a large fish, surrounded by coins.

Handshake

“I'm ready, let's do it.”

By the time you talk, they've already decided, so there's no awkward money moment.

Let's explore how we can get LinkedIn working for you too.

Kanika Vasudeva, LinkedIn strategist and corporate trainer, presenting to a team in an office.

It starts with a thirty-minute call. Tell me what you're working on with LinkedIn and where you want to get to, and you'll leave with a clear picture of your next steps, whether or not we work together.

Every option follows the REACH framework, which means LinkedIn starts building the trust that brings in high-value clients.

Not sure which one fits? Let's talk.

Kanika Vasudeva

I'm a self-confessed LinkedIn nerd.

I trained as an engineer, did an MBA with a scholarship at IESE Business School with an exchange at Darden Business School, and spent eighteen years solving complex problems inside global companies (BHP, PwC, ING and Yara).

I study LinkedIn the way an engineer would.

  • I track every stage, from the first time someone sees a post to the moment they book a call.
  • I work out what's working, what isn't and why, then I tweak it and test again.
  • I learn every day from my clients and my own content, so what I teach is always based on what's working right now.

These days I speak, train teams in house, guest lecture at Edith Cowan and Curtin, and host the Business Expansion Tips podcast. I am based in Perth and I work with organisations worldwide.

Questions people ask about my work

Who do you work with?

I work with businesses that want to build awareness and be known for what they do, from business owners and founders to whole teams.

  • Sales, marketing and leadership teams, L&D managers and event organisers who want their people to show up well on LinkedIn and build authority and credibility online.
  • Business owners and consultants who want LinkedIn to bring them clients.
  • Teams who are getting attention on LinkedIn but aren't turning it into conversations, or whose conversations aren't turning into calls.
Do you only work with businesses in Perth?

No. I'm based in Perth, and I work with organisations across Australia and internationally, in the room or online.

What is the REACH method?

REACH is the client attraction method I teach. It has five stages.

  • Reposition: your profile shows straight away that you solve your buyer's problem.
  • Educate: your content shows how you think, so buyers trust you before you've spoken.
  • Amplify: buyers see enough of your work to believe you can help them too.
  • Converse: it feels natural for buyers to reach out, so a comment or a message turns into a booked call.
  • Handshake: by the time you talk, they've already decided.
What's the difference between your keynotes, coaching and done-for-you support?

Each one suits a different stage and a different kind of business.

Can you train my whole team on LinkedIn?

Yes. I start with an audit of where each person on your team is on LinkedIn today, then build the training and ongoing coaching around what they need.

See speaking and training
Do you run LinkedIn group coaching?

Yes. Fully Booked on LinkedIn is my 8-week group coaching programme, with a live call every Monday and three private 30-minute calls with me.

What does done-for-you client growth include?

You focus on running your business, and we build your authority and pipeline on LinkedIn. Here's what that means for you:

  • You stay visible every week, even when you're flat out. Your content keeps going out in your voice, so your name stays in front of the right buyers.
  • The right people find you. We work with the LinkedIn algorithm, so you're found by buyers who need what you do.
  • Buyers trust you before you've met. Your profile and content show your expertise, so people arrive already knowing what you're capable of.
  • Interest turns into booked calls. We help you shape your conversations, so the right people move naturally towards a call.
  • You spend your time where it counts. You take the sales calls with buyers who are ready to talk, and we take care of the rest.
See done-for-you client growth
Do I need to post on LinkedIn every day?

No. Consistency matters more than frequency.

  • Around three posts a week on one topic, every week, will do more for you than posting every day for a week and then going quiet.
  • LinkedIn looks for a pattern it can rely on, and it can't find one in a burst of activity.
  • Posts now stay visible for longer than they used to, so each one keeps working for you.
