This page explains what information Infinite Ripple collects, why it is collected, who else sees it and what you can do about it. It is written in plain English rather than the way a contract would put it.

In this policy, "Infinite Ripple", "we", "us" and "our" mean Kanika Energy Coach Pty Ltd.
If anything here is unclear, send us a message through the contact form and we will explain it.
We only collect what you give us, along with some basic information about how the site is used.
When you send us a message, we collect your name, your email address, your LinkedIn profile if you choose to include it, what your enquiry is about, and whatever you write in the message.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your first name and your email address.
When you book a call, we collect your name, your email address and anything you tell us in advance about what you would like to discuss.
When you buy a course or book training, we collect your name, your email address, and your billing and company details where those are needed. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us.
When you use the LinkedIn profile audit, we collect the answers you give about your work, the LinkedIn profile details you choose to share, and the name and email address you give to unlock your full report.
When you play a podcast episode on this site, the player is provided by our podcast host. Loading it shares your IP address with them, and they can see which episode you played and how much of it you listened to.
When you browse the site, we use analytics tools to collect some basic information if you have agreed to it. This shows which pages people read, roughly which part of the world they are in, what device they used and how they arrived. None of it is connected to your name. If you decline analytics, none of it is collected.
We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial, religious or political details, and we ask that you do not send us any.
We collect it so that we can reply to you, deliver whatever you have asked for or bought, send you the newsletter if you asked for it, produce your audit report if you requested one, understand which parts of the site are useful, and keep the records that Australian tax and business rules require.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never will.
We use other services to run the business, and each of them sees only what it needs to do its job.
| Service | What it handles | Where it is based |
|---|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Messages sent through the contact form, and questions sent from audit reports | United States |
| MailerLite | Newsletter subscribers, audit results and the emails we send | European Union |
| Whop | Course purchases and payments | United States |
| GoHighLevel | Call bookings | United States |
| Cloudflare | Hosting this website and storing audit reports | United States, with servers worldwide |
| Analytics tools | Understanding how the site is used, and only if you have agreed to them | United States |
| Podcast hosting | Playing podcast episodes embedded on this site | United States |
| AI tools | Processing profile audit submissions | United States |
This means your information is sent overseas. When you use this site or our services, you are agreeing to that. We choose providers that take security seriously, but once information is held in another country it is subject to that country's laws, and Australian privacy law may not protect it in the same way.
We will also disclose information if the law requires us to.
When you use the audit, you share your LinkedIn profile link, a screenshot of the top of your profile, and your profile as a PDF or the sections you copy in. You also tell us a little about your work and who you want to reach.
Your screenshots and PDF are read once to write your report, and they are not stored after that. Screenshots are made smaller in your own browser before they are sent.
Your submission is processed using AI tools to help produce your report. The settings that would allow submissions to be used to train AI models are turned off. The providers behind these tools are based in the United States, so your information is sent overseas, and they hold it briefly before deleting it.
Your report is generated and sent to you automatically, so you are not waiting on anyone to get to it.
We keep your finished report and your answers for 180 days. That is so you can open your report again from the link we email you, and so that if the same profile is audited again within 30 days, it gets its earlier report back. Anyone who has your report link can open it, so please only share it with people you are happy to see it.
Your name, email address, score and report link are also saved in MailerLite, because that is how we send you your report, and the newsletter if you ask for it. If you send a question or ask for a call from your report, it comes to us by email so that we can reply.
We read through reports to check the tool is working properly and to keep improving it, which means yours may be read. If you would like your report deleted before the 180 days are up, send us a message through the contact form and we will delete it.
The report is general guidance rather than personal advice. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, and it does not take account of your specific circumstances. Please do not submit anything confidential, and please do not submit information about someone else without their permission.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, you stay on the list until you unsubscribe, and there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
If you become a client, or enquire about becoming one, we keep those records while we are working together and for seven years afterwards, because that is what Australian tax and business record rules require.
Analytics data is kept for up to two months and then deleted.
Audit reports and the answers that go with them are kept for 180 days and then deleted, or sooner if you ask for yours to be deleted.
You are welcome to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if something is wrong, or ask us to delete it.
The quickest way is through the contact form. We will get back to you within thirty days, and we may need to confirm who you are before we can act on your request.
There are some things we have to keep, usually where tax law requires it. If that applies to your request, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
We use reputable providers, we keep access limited to the people who need it, and we use two-factor authentication wherever it is available.
No system is ever completely secure. If a breach happens and it is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the law requires.
If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please get in touch through the contact form.
You will receive a reply within 14 days, and every concern is looked into and worked through with you. Most are resolved within 30 days.
If you have not had a response within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Where you have contacted us, we process your information on the basis of legitimate interests. Where you have subscribed or agreed to analytics, we process it on the basis of your consent.
You have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to it being used, and receive a copy of it. Get in touch through the contact form and we will act on any of those requests.
We will update this page when the way we work changes, and the date at the top will change with it. If something material changes, we will say so on the site rather than leaving you to notice.
If something here doesn't answer your question, or you'd like to talk about working together, book a time and we can go through it.
