I train your people to be found and trusted by the right clients, or the right employer, on LinkedIn

Is your team active on LinkedIn, but none of it turns into client conversations?

And when some of your people move on, do they know how to use LinkedIn to land the right next role? If either sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. Whether it’s the right clients or the right employer, it comes down to the same core skill: being found and trusted by the right people on LinkedIn.

I’ve been on LinkedIn since 2007, and I’ve done it both ways myself. I found every job I ever had, including BHP, PwC and ING Bank, through LinkedIn. And when I started my own business, I found my clients here too. Even now, LinkedIn is my biggest pipeline feeder. Now I train your people to do the same.

Topics I speak on

I help your team build a brand presence, credibility and a community on LinkedIn that brings the right buyers to you.

Most teams lose buyers at one of three points: when buyers look them up, when they start a conversation, or when it's time to decide. Each talk fixes one of those points, so the right buyers find your team, trust them and reach out ready to buy.

They find you

How to go from “who are you?” to “we already know your work”

  • Your experts go from posting into silence to showing up when buyers search for what they do.
  • Buyers who look your people up stop finding a thin profile and start seeing exactly what they do and who they help.
  • Your team goes from being known only by people they've already met to being recognised by buyers before the first meeting.

They trust you

Turn attention into conversations that go somewhere

  • Likes from colleagues turn into comments and messages from the buyers you actually want.
  • Connection requests that used to be ignored start turning into real conversations.
  • Your team goes from feeling salesy in the messages to opening conversations that feel natural.

They're ready to buy

Start closing on the call and stop losing deals at the last step

  • “Let me think about it” turns into a clear next step before the call ends.
  • Your team finds out early who else has to approve the deal, so it isn't a surprise at the end.
  • Price stops being the reason deals slip, because the work is scoped before the number comes up.

Choose the format that suits your team

Keynote

  • 20 to 60 minutes
  • In person or online

For your conference, offsite or leadership day. Your people walk out clear on what LinkedIn should be doing for your business.

Workshop

  • 90 minutes to a full day
  • In person or online

A hands-on session where your team works on their own profiles and pipeline, so their online visibility starts working for the business.

Team mentoring and consulting

  • Monthly
  • Over a quarter or more

I check in with your team every month over a quarter or more, so the new habits stick and the results keep building.

One-to-one coaching

  • For leaders and individuals
  • In person or online

I work closely with a leader who needs to be more visible, or with someone moving on who wants to land the right next role, so the right clients or the right employer find and trust them.

Notice how your team's online presence shifts afterwards

  • Your experts go from hiding behind the company page to being recognised by name.
  • Your sales team's messages stop being ignored and start turning into meetings.
  • Your marketing team stops reporting followers and starts reporting enquiries.
  • Buyers arrive already trusting your people, so the first meeting starts warm.
  • Your people who move on land the right next role, because hiring managers already know and trust them.

Who you'd be bringing in

Kanika Vasudeva presenting to a room, holding a slide clicker.

Hi, I'm Kanika Vasudeva.

For eighteen years I solved complex problems inside big global companies such as BHP, PwC, ING and Yara. I'm an engineer by training, with an MBA from IESE Business School.

When I left corporate to build my own business, I did what most people do. I posted every day and stayed busy, but very little came back. Then a coach asked me how many real conversations I was having each week, and the honest answer was almost none.

That question changed how I saw LinkedIn. I started studying it the way an engineer would, and I found that the businesses who win aren't the ones posting most. They're the ones buyers can find, trust and talk to.

Now I help teams make that same shift, working through live examples as a room rather than talking over slides, so their online presence starts bringing in business.

Questions people ask about working with me

Who runs LinkedIn training for sales teams in Perth?

I do. I’m Kanika Vasudeva, a Perth LinkedIn strategist and corporate trainer. I train sales, marketing and leadership teams to build a pipeline through LinkedIn, not just a following.

  • Your team goes from posting into the void to actually being found and approached online.
  • Your sales team’s messages stop being ignored and start booking meetings instead.
  • Buyers arrive already knowing about you and trusting your people, so conversations start warm.
  • I bring more than 18 years of solving complex problems inside BHP, PwC, ING and Yara, so I train your team around how buyers actually decide.
How do I get my team using LinkedIn for business development?

You give them a clear system instead of telling them to post more. That’s what I train teams in, using my REACH method.

  • Buyers who look your people up stop finding a thin profile and start seeing exactly what they do and who they help.
  • Likes from colleagues turn into comments and messages from the buyers you actually want.
  • Connection requests that used to be ignored start turning into real conversations.
  • Your marketing team stops reporting followers and starts reporting enquiries.
What’s the difference between a LinkedIn keynote, a workshop, team mentoring and one-to-one coaching?

It comes down to how deep you want your people to go and how long you want the change to last.

  • Keynote, 20 to 60 minutes. Your people walk out clear on what LinkedIn should be doing for your business, and they know where to start.
  • Workshop, 90 minutes to a full day. Your team works hands on with their own profiles and pipeline, so their online visibility starts working for the business that week.
  • Team mentoring and consulting, monthly over a quarter or more. We check what’s working, so new habits stick and the results keep building.
  • One-to-one coaching. For a leader who needs to be more visible, or someone moving on who wants to land the right next role.
  • You don’t need to know which one you want before we talk. We’ll work it out together on the call.
What is the REACH method?

REACH is the five-stage method I use to turn LinkedIn into a steady source of clients, or the right next role, for your people: Reposition, Educate, Amplify, Converse and Handshake, where I guide the buyer or hiring manager to a confident decision. See what changes at each stage.

Is the free profile audit really free, and is it a sales call?

Yes, it is free. You get clarity on how your LinkedIn is working for you or not, and the clearest next steps you can take. It can lead into a conversation about training, and if working together makes sense, I will explain how it would work.

Do you coach individuals who are moving on or need to be more visible?

Yes. One-to-one coaching is for a leader who needs to be more visible, or someone moving on who wants to land the right next role. Whether it is the right clients or the right employer, it comes down to the same core skill: being found and trusted by the right people on LinkedIn. I found every job I ever had, including BHP, PwC and ING Bank, through LinkedIn, so I coach this from experience.

Do you run LinkedIn workshops for universities?

Yes. I guest lecture at universities and run hands-on workshops that give students steps they can put into practice straight away.

“Practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world experience.”

Wesley Lim, Curtin University
  • Students go from a profile nobody notices to one that shows clearly what they do and where they’re heading.
  • They learn how to start conversations with employers and clients that feel natural, not awkward.
Who is the training for?

Teams whose expertise is real but whose visibility isn’t yet, so buyers don’t know them until someone makes an introduction.

  • Sales, marketing and leadership teams, and the experts inside them.
  • It works best when the people in the room share the same buyers, because they build on each other instead of each going their own way.
  • L&D managers and event organisers who want their people to show up well on LinkedIn and build authority and credibility online.
Can you tailor a keynote or workshop to our audience?

Every session is built around what you want your people doing differently afterwards.

  • We start with a call about your team, your buyers and what’s getting in the way today.
  • I work through live examples with the room rather than talking over slides.
  • People at every level leave with changes they can make that week.
What do we need to prepare before the session?

Nothing. Every session is custom built, and I plan it around where your team is at, so I meet your people where they are and get them up to speed.

  • Your team doesn’t need to do anything before we start.
  • If they’d like to send me their questions beforehand, that’s even better. I can then bring in more examples from their own world, so the session feels like it was made for them, because it was.
Do we need to be active on LinkedIn already?

No. Whether your team posts every week or has never posted, the session starts from where they are.

  • If they’re already active, we look at what’s actually going on: what’s working, what isn’t, and what to change so their effort starts bringing in conversations.
  • If they’re not active yet, that’s completely fine. They leave with a clear first step and the confidence to take it.
  • Either way, I’d encourage them to send in their questions beforehand, so I can build the session around what they want to know.
Will this make my team sound salesy?

Everything I teach is built on trust, because that’s how relationships, and business, actually grow.

  • This isn’t outreach in the pushy sense. It’s a natural way of connecting that your team will enjoy doing.
  • Buyers reach out because they trust your people, not because they’ve been pitched.
  • It shifts the way your team thinks about conversations: on LinkedIn, with every client, and even outside work.
Do we need a budget for tools or ads?

No ad budget is needed. My approach is about building trust, so the right buyers come to your team already ready to buy.

  • Your team’s credibility does the work that ads would otherwise try to buy.
  • The one tool I do recommend is LinkedIn Premium All-in-One. It shows your team who is viewing their profiles and gives them more ways to reach the right buyers.
Do you work in person or online?

Both. I’m based in Perth, and I work with organisations across Australia and internationally.

  • Keynotes and workshops can be delivered in the room or online.
  • If the work involves travel outside Perth, we agree travel costs before the booking is confirmed.
Can you speak at conferences outside Perth?

Yes. I work across Australia and internationally.

  • Travel costs are agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
How do I book you for a keynote or training day?

It starts with a conversation. Book a call and we’ll talk about your audience, your date and what you want to change.

  • Once we’ve agreed the date, what’s being delivered and the fee, we put it in writing.
