What Happens When Your Light Triggers People (And How to Stay in Your Power)

Show notes

Learn why your light triggers others & how to stay in your power. A powerful Akashic Records session for healers, leaders & empaths.

In this episode, I guide a deeply intuitive woman through her Akashic Records to explore a very real and often unspoken truth:

Sometimes, your light triggers people.

We dive into why that happens, especially for spiritual leaders, healers, and sensitive souls — and how to stay rooted in your truth and power even when others don’t understand you.

You'll hear about:

• Past life soul contracts that keep you hiding

• Why visibility can feel unsafe (and how to shift that)

• The energetic pattern that says “I’m only safe if I stay small”

• What to do when clients, family, or loved ones misread your light

This is for you if:

You’re ready to shine, but old fears of being judged, misunderstood, or “too much” keep creeping in.

I also guide a powerful energy clearing to help you:

• Break subconscious vows of invisibility

• Reclaim your voice

• Stop managing others’ triggers

• Anchor into safety so you can expand
